Objectivees of the Jikiden Reiki Institute

  To publish books illustrating its effectiveness and documenting people's experiences of  Jikiden Reiki .
  To enable people to use Jikiden Reiki as a complementary therapy to conventional medical care.
  To inform medical professionals about the effectiveness of Jikiden Reiki and promoting the use of Reiki
    alongside western medicine
   To introduce Jikiden Reiki as a method of holistic care in the home.
   To imove towards the reuction of dependence on allopathic remedies and conventionsl drugs.
   To promote health and well-being by stimulating the body's natural latent self-healing abilites without
    external chemical substances.
   In conjunction with the above goal the result of a significant reduction of global medical waste and a
    positive effect on the environment due to that reduction.

All Jikiden students and teachers are registered with and certified by the Jikiden Reiki Institute (Jikiden Reiki Kenkyukai in Kyoto, Japan. Both the English and Japanese certificates and course manuals are supplied to Jikiden teachers for their students by the Institute as well.
